The saum (roza) of Yaum-e-Mab’as (27th Rajab ul-Murajjab) is marked with the jubilation and enthusiasm among the children of mumineen who without fail keep fast on this particular day which unfolds highly spiritual happenings and Islaamic historic event.  Mumineen all together fast on this mubaarak day to commemorate the heavenly ruhaani ascension of Mohammad Rasoolullaah (saws) and the revelation of the first aayat of Qur’an-e-Kareem on him in the cave of Hiraa.

Small children expect gifts and love from their near and dear ones in respect of their fast.  This day is coined as “Sawaa lakh Moti nu Rozu”, and children eagerly wait for this day full of favours and parental attention.  Those children who kept this day fast as small as 2 yrs. 4 mts. were honored by Mazoon ud-Da’wat Saiyedi Saheb (dm) in Nooraani Masjid and by Ra's ul-Hudood saheb (zi) in Taiyebi Masjid during the Pehli Raat namaaz of Sha’baan ul-Kareem.  There were total 19 children selected as per their age and the entire masjid witnessed this delightful event centered on the angelic faces of our beloved children. With all these efforts, the prime aim of this type of In'aam-nawaazi to children is to inculcate in them the importance of deeni arkaan, encourage others to follow them and practice it to get a graceful attention of people in this world and an everlasting reward in Hereafter.
