A distinctive training program for the teaching, education and direction of the teachers of Madrasa-e-Taiyebiya was organized for the first time in the history of Madrasa under the guidance of Maazoon Saheb (DM). Till now almost ten sessions has been completed. The specific aim and objective of this program is very clear and high, through which the students of the Madrasa-e-Taiyebiya will get the knowledgeable benefit and advantage. With respect to the intelligence, acumen, aptitude and their standards of education, the teachers are reinforced with the essential knowledge and guidance so that they are competent enough and also they are well aware of their individual responsibilities towards the students. This will also boost up their confidence and with their hard work and interest they will become distinguished from the common herd as a conscientious teacher.

In these sessions the teachers are educated about different topics and themes by Da'wat-e-Hadiyah. It includes the recitation of Qur'an with proper articulation, intonation and rhyme following its rules; short lessons about Qur'an, lectures and excerpts from the books of Da'wat; the extrinsic and esoteric knowledge of religion; elucidation and explication of, What is knowledge? How and from whom to acquire it? How to promulgate it? etc; the use of Lisaan ud-Da'wat (language of Da'wat); knowledge about Islamic principles and emendation; the attributes, decorum and the propriety of teachers; the beginning of Da'wat and its interrelated knowledge and the discussion of different religions and their beliefs, creed and ideas.

Mumineen should take utmost advantage by sending their children to Madrasa, so that they become competent and dexterous in the knowledge of Islam and its extrinsic and intrinsic principles. This is very essential before the child reaches the age of Misaaq (covenant) so that he becomes a true believer and a responsible conscientious person and a pride for his parents and forefathers; who serve for the community and makes his life successful with his kindness, compassion, devotion and religious fervor. It is very essential that a child in the very early age learns about the basics of the religion, its customs, beliefs, practices and principles which can only be accomplished in the knowledgeable, cultural and eruditely environment of Madrasa under the guidance and direction of a teacher. To strengthen, bolster and fortify this process, Da'wat has undertaken the program of training the teachers.
